Privacy Policy
Last Updated: [2026/8/28]
Welcome! This Privacy Policy explains how HappySpark ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use our Android mobile applications distributed via Google Play, including but not limited to hair clipper simulator, snake in hand joke, and broken screen prank (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading and using our Services, you agree to the data practices outlined below. Please note that not all features or data collection methods apply to every app; it depends on the specific app you download and how you interact with it.
1. What Information We Collect & How We Use It
We build our apps to be fun and entertaining, and we generally do not require you to submit personally identifiable information (such as your name, physical address, or phone number) to use them.
A. Automatically Collected Device & Usage Data
To ensure our apps function correctly, deliver ads, and help us analyze performance, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain anonymous or pseudonymous data. This may include your IP address, device model, operating system version, MAC address, language settings, time zone, CPU and battery usage, network connections (WiFi/Mobile), and advertising identifiers (such as Google Ad ID). We use this information to troubleshoot crashes, understand feature popularity, and improve overall product stability.
B. Information You Choose to Provide
If you contact us for customer support or feedback, we will collect the email address and any content you voluntarily share to resolve your request.
C. Local Processing vs. Data Transmission
Most of the core functionalities in our simulation and joke apps run entirely locally on your device. However, specific usage analytics and advertising requests require transmitting network and device data to secure servers, which may include international transfers to regions like Singapore or the EEA, protected by standard contractual clauses.
2. Device Permissions We May Request
Depending on the application (for instance, rendering a fake broken screen or simulating a vibrating hair clipper), we may request specific Android system permissions. We only access these to deliver the app’s intended functionality:
Display Over Other Apps / Floating Window: Essential for prank apps (like snake in hand joke or broken screen prank) to display visual effects on top of your screen.
Modify System Settings / Control Vibration: Used to adjust screen brightness or trigger device vibration (critical for the hair clipper simulator).
Photos/Media/Storage: Required to read, save, or modify app-specific data, such as custom backgrounds or prank assets. We do not secretly upload your personal photo gallery to our servers.
Camera & Flash: Requested only if an app features AR elements or requires the camera flash to simulate a tool.
Network & Wi-Fi State: Used to check internet connectivity for loading application assets and serving advertisements.
Location: We may request approximate location data strictly for regional content customization and delivering geographically relevant ads.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
To keep our applications free, we monetize them through advertising. We also use analytics to improve performance. We integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) which process device and advertising data under their own privacy guidelines.
Below is a comprehensive list of the third-party providers integrated across our portfolio of apps. (Note: An individual app may only use a selection of these partners).
